Qualifications

• Native or fluent Spanish language required (spoken and written).
• EU passport valid (mandatory).
• Excellent communication and passion for tech/cloud.
• Experience in customer support or related client-facing role.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with growth mindset in Greece.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality Spanish-speaking support via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot cloud platform issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with international teams to optimize workflows.
• Maintain professional and empathetic communication as brand ambassador.
