Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or 2+ years of customer service or account management experience.
• Excellent computer skills, particularly in Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
• Highly organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and support new and existing accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Analyze client accounts for sales growth opportunities.
• Track metrics for all programs and activities.
