Job summary

Shamrock Trading Corporation's RTS Carrier Services group in Houston is seeking an entry‑level Business Development Representative to onboard, support and manage new and existing accounts. The role emphasizes a dynamic, outgoing personality and a strong work ethic to drive client success.

You'll partner with sales to establish onboarding, nurture relationships, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to strategies that win new business while delivering exceptional service to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2+ years in customer service or account management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with Salesforce and MS Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to onboard new business.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Ensure timely delivery of client requests.
• Track program metrics and report status.
• Support product marketing and launches.
