Job summary

RTS and Shamrock Trading Corporation are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our sales team. This role will focus on lead generation and heavy outbound prospecting to offer tailored solutions that best meet customer needs.

An ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a personable, ambitious and adaptable personality. We value bilingual Spanish-English fluency and a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of business development experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of business development experience required.
• Experience with high volume (cold calling) and face-to-face sales.
• Excellent customer service and project management skills.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, multi-product sales environment.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (speaking, reading and writing).

Responsibilities

• Understand and perform all processes from lead generation and prospecting to qualifying and closing new accounts.
• Conduct consultative sales discussions to assess client needs and present tailored RTS fuel card solutions.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities with other RTS and Shamrock divisions to maximize account value.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Assist with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
• Use required processes to maximize yield according to senior management strategies.
• Participate in market analysis, customer segmentation and penetration strategies.
• Monitor industry trends and inform sales strategies and product positioning.
• Collaborate with product marketing to support launches and create sales tools.
• Track and analyze key metrics to measure performance and refine sales approaches.
• Other duties as assigned.
