Job summary

Tapestry 360 Health is seeking a Benefits Navigation Specialist who speaks Spanish to help Illinois residents access affordable health coverage. You will educate communities, assist with enrollment in Health Insurance Marketplace, Medicaid, and related programs, and guide clients through eligibility and enrollment steps.

Ideal candidates will have at least a high school diploma and two years of relevant experience, strong computer and data-entry skills, and fluency in Spanish.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of case work or related experience preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish may be required and strong communication skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage with communities—outreach and education about health insurance options.
• Guide individuals through the enrollment process—Marketplace, Medicaid, and related programs.
• Advocate for those with language barriers or disabilities to access coverage.
• Provide up-to-date information on eligibility, enrollment requirements, and policy changes.
• Act as a trusted resource—answer questions and refer individuals to services.
