Tapestry 360 Health in Chicago is seeking a Benefits Navigation Specialist who is fluent in Spanish to help Illinois residents enroll in health coverage options. You will engage communities, guide enrollment through the Marketplace and Medicaid, and advocate for individuals facing language or access barriers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years in case work or related field preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish may be required; ability to communicate with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with communities and conduct outreach to raise awareness about health coverage options.
• Guide individuals through enrollment: navigate Marketplace, Medicaid, and affordability programs.
• Advocate for those with language barriers, disabilities, or access challenges to receive support.
• Provide up-to-date eligibility, enrollment requirements, and policy information.
• Answer questions, provide referrals, and empower individuals to make informed healthcare decisions.
