Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees health, dental, vision, life and voluntary benefits for employees.
• Conducts orientation sessions, educates on plan options, and manages open enrollment.
• Ensures compliance with federal and state regulations (ACA, FMLA, COBRA) and maintains accurate records.
• Acts as subject matter expert to answer questions regarding coverage, claims, and deductions.
• Processes employee deductions and audits benefits billing with insurance carriers/vendors.
