Qualifications
Minimum of two years of customer service experience.
Prior experience with All Kids and Moms & Babies programs preferred.
Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Marketplace insurance regulations preferred.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse patient populations.
Responsibilities
Conduct benefit orientation and explain financial requirements.
Perform financial assessment interviews and screen for eligibility.
Assist with program enrollment based on assessment results.
Guide patients through the revenue cycle process.
