Job summary

Cognition is seeking Deployed Engineers to work directly with customers to deploy Devin, our AI software engineer, and maximize value from the Cognition platform. You will engage with engineering teams, understand their workflows, and drive adoption across production environments.

You’ll own end‑to‑end customer lifecycle, from deployment through activation, and lead demos, pilots, and integrations. A strong technical background, proactive ownership, and comfort in fast-paced settings are

Qualifications

• Fluency/native proficiency in Spanish.
• Strong engineering foundation from a rigorous technical environment.
• Demonstrated track record of exceptional performance in pursuits.
• Self-directed by default with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills to engage senior engineers and executives.
• Ability to travel 25–50%.

Responsibilities

• Own all technical aspects of the customer lifecycle—from deployment through activation, ensuring customers are successful with Devin.
• Work with customers to understand challenges and identify high-impact use cases for Devin.
• Build relationships with customers' engineering teams to enable smooth product integration and adoption.
• Capture feedback and advocate for customer needs with the team, helping shape the roadmap.
• Act as the customer advocate and apply product instincts to influence priorities.
