Job summary

Cogniify is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to own AI transformation engagements end to end, directly in front of enterprise clients. You will lead discovery with CXOs, design proofs of acceleration, and personally build production-ready data pipelines and AI solutions across client environments.

The role emphasizes hands-on implementation, strong business acumen, and the ability to present technical designs to executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years in architect-level or technical lead roles on enterprise systems.
• Strong business acumen—ability to identify underlying problems behind a stated ask.
• Hands-on experience delivering end-to-end client engagements (discovery to delivery).
• Proficient in Python and SQL with production-grade data pipelines, APIs, and apps.

Responsibilities

• Own client engagements end to end—from discovery to architecture, build, demonstration, and handover.
• Lead discovery sessions with CXOs and engineering leaders to understand business problems and frame AI transformation.
• Architect and build Proofs of Acceleration with data pipelines, integrations, and AI-powered apps.
• Design AI/ML features (RAG, embeddings, vector databases) tailored to each client.
• Integrate diverse data sources and deploy solutions on client cloud infra (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Quantify ROI and connect technical solutions to business outcomes for executives.
