Job summary

Peblla, Inc. is seeking an Entry Level Account Manager for the Spanish market in Rockville, MD. You will conduct needs assessments, deliver demos, and build relationships with potential restaurant clients at the early stage of the sales cycle.

You will serve as product expert, translating customer needs into Peblla POS solutions, collaborating with the sales team, and traveling locally and out of state as required. This is an in-person role with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Spanish (written and spoken).
• Strong Latin American cultural background.
• 2+ years in customer-facing roles, preferably in restaurants or related fields.
• Ability to understand and articulate complex technical information clearly.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently, locally and out of state.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and conduct thorough needs assessments.
• Develop and deliver customized demos of Peblla POS system.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
• Provide product expertise and answer technical questions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to hit targets and drive revenue.
• Travel frequently, both locally and out of state.
• Install and set up Peblla POS systems at customer sites.
