Peblla, Inc. is hiring a Bilingual Account Executive (Spanish/English) for our Rockville, MD office. You will drive growth in the restaurant software space, prospect new clients, present our POS and payment solutions, and build lasting relationships.

A 1‑month training program across operations, sales, customer success, and marketing will prepare you to advise prospects on best-fit solutions. Ideal candidates excel in sales within restaurant tech, are fluent in Spanish and English, and can

Qualifications

• Identify and target potential restaurant clients.
• Present and demonstrate hardware and solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to lift up to 80 pounds.
• Willing to travel at least 50% of the time (local and domestic).
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; excellent communication.
• Restaurant software or merchant services experience preferred.
• No coding skills required; basic tech literacy.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target restaurant clients.
• Present and demonstrate our hardware and solutions to clients.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop effective sales campaigns.
