Job summary

Social Factor is seeking moderation talent with Spanish language experience for project-based, temporary, or part-time work. Flexible schedules accommodate diverse lifestyles, with some roles requiring 24/7 availability.

The Community Moderator will help build and nurture digital communities for top brands as opportunities arise. Requirements include native level Spanish, strong understanding of brand voice, moderation experience, and proficiency with Sprinklr/Khoros/Sprout Social.

Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of Spanish language
• Previous social media moderation experience is required
• Excellent spelling and grammar skills; language tests may be given
• Able to mirror voice and tone of multiple brands
• Knowledge of major social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Personal computer with Windows 10 and macOS 12.x; high-speed internet (≥150 Mbps)

• Moderate and grow digital communities for well-known brands
• Interact with users in real-time, answer questions and troubleshoot
