Social Factor is seeking a bilingual Community Moderator with native-level Spanish to help manage growing digital communities for major brands. This project-based, temporary role supports English and Spanish moderation with flexible schedules, including 24/7 coverage possibilities.

You will engage users in real time, mirror brand voice, and follow clear guidelines. Candidates should have prior social media moderation experience; Sprinklr, Khoros, or Sprout Social experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Native-level Spanish proficiency.
• Deep understanding of culture, slang, and references.
• Ability to mirror brand voice across multiple brands.
• Prior social media moderation experience required; live stream moderation a plus.
• Sprinklr, Khoros, and/or Sprout Social experience is a plus.
• Able to follow clear guidelines and workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
