Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of Spanish with cultural context.
• Ability to mirror brand voice and engage appropriately across platforms.
• Experience in social media moderation and live stream moderation is a plus.
• Familiarity with moderation tools such as Sprinklr, Khoros or Sprout Social is advantageous.
• Strong organizational, multitasking abilities and adherence to workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to spelling/grammar.
• Willingness to learn, think critically, and adapt to a fast-growing organization.
