Candidates should have native-level Spanish, live stream moderation experience, and familiarity with Sprinklr/Khoros/Sprout Social. You will mirror brand voice, engage users in real time, and follow clear guidelines.

Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of Spanish language
• Deep understanding of Spanish-speaking pop culture and slang
• Able to mirror client brand voice while engaging with users
• Prior social media moderation experience required; live stream moderation a plus
• Sprinklr, Khoros and/or Sprout Social experience is a plus
