Ideal applicants will have native-level Spanish, understanding of cultural nuances, and the ability to mirror brand voice while engaging with users. Prior social media moderation experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of Spanish language.

• Previous social media moderation experience required; live stream moderation a plus.
• Sprinklr, Khoros, and Sprout Social experience a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Able to follow clear guidelines and workflows.
