Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of Spanish language
• Deep understanding of language pop culture, slang
• Able to mirror brand voice & engage with users
• Previous social media moderation experience required; live stream moderation is a plus
• Sprinklr, Khoros, Sprout Social experience is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong multitasking and ability to follow workflows
• Familiar with major platforms: YouTube, FB, X, Instagram, LinkedIn
