Description
The representative will mainly handle inbound calls to process PCP Change Requests, send member ID cards, explain how members can log into the portal, and update member demographics. Reporting to the Manager of Business Development, the Call Center Representative is responsible for managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls related to health insurance, following call center scripts, identifying customer needs, clarifying information, assisting with enrollment using sales techniques, and maintaining records of interactions and outcomes to meet team and individual targets.
