This position will be based in Ohio. Hires must reside within the state of Ohio.

Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve questions or concerns
  • Calmly work to resolve and de-escalate issues
  • Escalate interactions when necessary
  • Assist with requests for help and processing payments if needed
  • Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting
  • Provide feedback on call issues
  • Upsell products or services if appropriate
Qualifications

  • Ability to work remotely within a virtual team environment
  • Preferred: 6 months customer service experience
  • Must be over 18 years old
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Comfortable with desktop computer systems
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
  • Good organization and prioritization skills

Work from Home Requirements:

  • Internet speed: minimum download 15 Mbps, upload 5 Mbps
  • No packet loss, ping under 50ms
  • Internet connection cannot be satellite, mobile data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN
  • Proof of internet speed required
  • Clean, quiet workspace
