Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll deliver exceptional customer experiences and assist customers in navigating health insurance options.

GetInsured has the largest state-based marketplace footprint, with consumer-friendly interfaces and decision support tools that empower millions across the country to choose better health plans. We develop and operate award-winning cloud-based enrollment tools for state exchanges, brokers, insurers, and consumers, covering eligibility, plan selection, and enrollment. We also provide innovative marketing and call center services.

Full-time/Seasonal

· $16.00/hr. + performance incentives
· Spanish Bilingual required

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Complete background check and drug test within 3 days
  • Dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Personal device with functioning camera for training
  • Full attendance during paid 3-week training
  • Minimum internet speed of 35 Mbps with Ethernet connection
  • Cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired Ethernet connection is required
  • NOT compatible with mobile internet, satellites, Wi-Fi, or Wi-Fi extenders
Qualifications

  • Inbound and outbound calls
  • Deliver high-quality customer service consistently
  • Manage customer accounts and provide technical support
  • Data entry for applications
  • Handle online chat inquiries as assigned
  • Follow defined procedures and policies
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills
  • Adapt to changing projects and updates
  • Manage time and tasks effectively, including multitasking and prioritization
  • Complete extensive self-study, training, and testing; passing exams is required for certification
  • Adhere to communication guidelines across channels
