Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Technical Training Specialist to design and deliver highly technical courses across manufacturing, assembly, and test domains. You will collaborate with SMEs to craft learner-centric content and manage LMS inputs and scheduling, ensuring renewal of essential training.

You will travel up to 10% and report to the Manager of Technical Training, contributing to safe and repeatable spaceflight through rigorous instructional design and execution.

Qualifications

• Experience writing technical training courseware.
• Experience delivering classroom technical training with hands-on demos.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and focus on employees.
• Ability to self-manage activities by priorities.
• Experience with MS Office.
• Travel up to 10% of time.
• Ability to earn trust and contribute to inclusion.
• U.S. citizen or eligible immigration status.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy manufacturing, assembly, and test technical courses.
• Develop specialty courses for identified needs with SME collaboration.
• Standardize training elements across multiple sites.
• Conduct training in classroom and lab environments with practical tests.
• Document and track training attendance and recurring needs.
• Develop and maintain training forecasting and reports.
