Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a skilled technical training professional to design and deliver classroom and online courses for highly technical subjects. You will collaborate with SMEs, manage LMS data, and deploy training across multiple sites.

This role emphasizes safety, quality, and leadership in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on training delivery experience, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in delivering classroom technical training with hands-on demonstration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team, with a very strong employee focus.
• Ability to self-manage activities based on given priorities.
• Experience with MS Office.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Responsibilities

• Deploy manufacturing, assembly, and test technical courses to meet company needs.
• Develop specialty courses of instruction for identified needs, working with SMEs.
• Standardize training elements across multiple work centers and geographic sites.
• Conduct technical training in classroom and laboratory environments, including practical tests.
• Document and track employees’ training attendance and recurring training needs.
• Maintain training forecasting capabilities including “soon due” reports.
