Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking aTechnical Training professional to design and deliver certified instructional materials for highly technical aerospace topics. You will collaborate with SMEs to develop courses across manufacturing, assembly, and test disciplines.

The role requires hands-on classroom delivery, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with occasional travel (about 10%).

Qualifications

• Experience writing technical training courseware.
• Experience delivering classroom technical training with hands‑on demonstrations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and maintain professional relationships.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.
• Willingness to travel 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy manufacturing, assembly, and test technical courses to meet company needs; includes SME capture and knowledge transfer.
• Develop specialty courses for identified needs; work with a wide variety of individuals.
• Standardize training elements across multiple work centers and geographic sites.
• Conduct technical training in classroom and laboratory environments, including practical tests.
• Document and track employees’ training attendance and recurring training needs.
• Develop and maintain forecasting capabilities; generate 'soon due' reports.
