Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering from an accredited university.
• 1+ years creating English work instructions.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial/process engineering roles.
• Ability to work first shift with potential shift changes and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Translate engineering intent into manufacturing work instructions for scale.
• Support manufacturing floor in assembly and integration, ensuring compliance with requirements.
• Serve as liaison between design, test, manufacturing and operations.
• Develop work instructions covering inspection, fabrication, assembly, integration, test and refurbishment.
• Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Create in-build redlines and propose engineering changes to improve design.
• Review engineering drawings and provide final manufacturing approvals.
• Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis to strengthen feedback loops.
