Blue Origin is seeking a Manager of Manufacturing Engineering in Huntsville. You will lead a high-performing team translating engineering intent into flight-ready hardware, setting manufacturing strategy, and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace Engineering or closely related field.
• 8+ years of progressive manufacturing and manufacturing engineering experience.
• 2+ years of direct people management or formal technical leadership experience.
• Experience leading RCA investigations and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for manufacturing engineering strategy across product area.
• Drive DFMA PFMEA and feedback loop between design, build and test.
• Oversee cost, quality, schedule and build sequence across lifecycle.
• Lead RCA investigations and corrective actions for non-conformances.
• Develop and execute schedule recovery plans with program management and operations.
