Job summary

Stoke Space in Kent, WA is seeking a Full-Cycle Recruiter to own end-to-end recruiting across multiple disciplines, partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent for technical roles and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.

You will build pipelines, drive searches from kickoff to close, manage offers and onboarding, and help scale Stoke's growing team while upholding equity and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience recruiting for technical roles (electrical, mechanical, aerospace, software).
• Ability to influence hiring decisions and partner with leaders.
• Strong organization and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
• Owns relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with ATS; Greenhouse preferred.
• Onsite work at Kent, WA.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination, offers, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and drive searches with urgency and accountability.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach.
• Serve as primary contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
• Coordinate onsite interviews and candidate hosting.
• Manage multiple requisitions while upholding quality and candidate experience.
• Maintain recruiting data in the ATS and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Develop relationships with professional communities to strengthen Stoke's employer brand.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes as we scale.
