Job summary

Stoke in Kent, WA is seeking a Full-Cycle Recruiter to build a talented team for Nova and related programs. You will own the recruiting lifecycle from outreach to onboarding, partnering with hiring managers across engineering and operations, and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.

You will develop proactive sourcing strategies, manage multiple roles, coordinate onsite interviews, and maintain accurate ATS records while helping Stoke scale its talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for technical roles (electronics, software, aerospace).
• Ability to influence hiring decisions and partner with leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process from outreach to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and drive searches with urgency.
• Build candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and relationship-building.
• Serve as primary point of contact for candidates during interviews.
• Coordinate onsite interviews and manage scheduling.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and provide pipeline insights.
• Contribute to employer brand and recruit initiatives as the company scales.
