Stoke Space is seeking a Talent Sourcer to build pipelines for engineering and leadership roles. You’ll develop creative sourcing strategies, engage passive talent, and partner with recruiters to deliver top candidates for Stoke’s Nova program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in sourcing or full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience sourcing for technical roles such as electrical, mechanical, aerospace, manufacturing, or software engineering.
• Ability to build qualified talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles using creative sourcing and research.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate market insights into sourcing strategies.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage priorities and stakeholders.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and owns sourcing outcomes.
• Experience with ATS; Greenhouse preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive sourcing efforts to identify, engage, and nurture passive talent for high-priority roles.
• Develop data-driven sourcing strategies using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other tools.
• Conduct market mapping to identify target companies, skills, and talent availability.
• Partner with hiring teams to refine profiles and adjust strategies based on feedback.
• Craft personalized outreach to resonate with technical audiences and build relationships.
• Track pipeline health and sourcing performance to improve effectiveness.
• Collaborate with recruiters to align priorities and ensure timely handoffs.
