Job summary

Stoke in Kent, WA is seeking a Full-Cycle Recruiter to build a talented team for Nova and related programs. You will own the recruiting lifecycle from outreach to onboarding, partnering with hiring managers across engineering and operations, and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.

You will develop proactive sourcing strategies, manage multiple roles, coordinate onsite interviews, and maintain accurate ATS records while helping Stoke scale its talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for technical roles (electronics, software, aerospace).
• Ability to influence hiring decisions and partner with leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process from outreach to onboarding.

Description

Reusable launch systems are the key to seamlessly connecting Earth and space. As a Full-Cycle Recruiter, you will play a critical role in building the team that makes this mission possible. You will partner closely with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent across a variety of functions, owning searches from initial outreach through offer and onboarding while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and drive searches forward with urgency and accountability from kickoff to close.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, creative outreach, and relationship building.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a thoughtful and engaging candidate experience.
• Coordinate and facilitate onsite interviews, including interview logistics and candidate hosting.
• Manage competing priorities across multiple requisitions while maintaining a high bar for candidate quality and experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting data within our Applicant Tracking System, using pipeline insights to communicate progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop relationships with relevant professional communities and contribute to initiatives that strengthen Stoke's employer brand and talent pipeline.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, tools, and programs as we scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience recruiting for technical roles, such as electrical, mechanical, aerospace, manufacturing, or software engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute recruiting strategies, influence hiring decisions, and partner effectively with business leaders.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.
• A track record of taking ownership, solving complex challenges, and delivering results.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; Greenhouse preferred.
• Ability to work onsite at our Kent, WA location.
