Job summary

Anduril Industries, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer, Systems Test for the Space team to design, build, and deploy automated test software that verifies space systems and flight hardware.

You will create scalable test platforms and data collection tools used by engineers across multiple missions. You will collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and systems engineers to integrate test software with satellite hardware and firmware, and you will document and train others while supporting

Qualifications

• Experience designing automated test software for complex hardware in aerospace or robotics.
• Proficiency in Python or C/C++ for test automation.
• Experience with cloud-based development and data analysis tools.
• Ability to document and train others; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Architect cloud-based tools for automated test execution, data collection, analysis, and fleet-level reporting.
• Design and build automated test platforms for verifying hardware modules, buses, payloads, and space vehicle systems.
• Develop robust test reporting systems with clear logging for troubleshooting and anomaly resolution.
• Create and analyze metrics for debugging and monitoring test system performance.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and systems engineers to integrate test software with satellite hardware, software, and firmware.
• Define verification and validation strategies across teams.
