Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking experienced Test Engineers to join our Test and Evaluation team. The Projecting Engineering role focuses on new development, cross-functional strategy, system integration and program execution across a dynamic product roadmap.

Candidates should have extensive autonomous systems testing experience, DoD development exposure, and strong communication skills to collaborate with multiple engineering teams and government personnel.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or a related technical discipline from an accredited institution and 7+ years test engineering experience.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required for planning and testing.
• Experience in software development and autonomous vehicle testing.
• Familiarity with DoD test range regulations and spectrum compliance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on integration and testing strategies to meet mission autonomy project objectives.
• Coordinate all aspects of testing activities including personnel, equipment, data links, test facilities, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide oversight of test and integration efforts at system and subsystem levels.
• Prepare and communicate test plans, procedures, cards and reports.
