Job summary

Anduril Industries’ Space Manufacturing team seeks a System Integration and Test Engineer to join the group responsible for assembly, integration, and test of ground support equipment, PCBA, unit‑level, and space vehicle systems. You will own test campaigns and drive quality in a fast‑paced, high‑reliability environment.

The role requires cross‑disciplinary expertise across mechanical and electrical engineering, hands‑on experience with space hardware, and willingness to work on‑site in Costa

Qualifications

• 5+ years in aerospace/high‑reliability industries with 2+ years in integration/test of flight hardware.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and GD&T and electrical schematics.
• 3+ years hands‑on unit‑level, space‑vehicle, or system integration/testing with at least two of: vibration, thermal vacuum, acoustic, shock, EMI/EMC.

Responsibilities

• Lead system integration and test campaigns, developing test plans, procedures, and schedules.
• Lead TRRs and participate in MRRs for flight hardware.
• Develop and maintain processes for assembly, integration, and test of space hardware.
• Perform hands‑on hardware and software testing at unit and system levels.
• Conduct root‑cause analyses and drive corrective actions for non‑conformances.
