Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a System Integration and Test Engineer for the Space Systems group in Costa Mesa, CA. You will lead and participate in system integration and test campaigns, developing test plans, procedures, and schedules while coordinating resources and facilities to support flight hardware.

The role requires hands-on experience with unit-level and system-level testing, root-cause analysis, and close collaboration with supply chain, hardware, and program management teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3+ years in unit-level or space-vehicle/system testing with at least two of vibration, thermal vacuum, acoustic, EMI/EMC.
• Hands-on experience with EO/IR or sensor payload systems.
• Proficient with test equipment: oscilloscopes, network analyzers, power supplies, DAQs.
• Experience with MES/ERP/MRP systems in production.
• Willing to work on-site in Costa Mesa, CA with up to 15% travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead system integration and test campaigns with plans and schedules.
• Lead TRRs and participate in MRRS for flight hardware.
• Improve processes for PCBAs, box-level assemblies, and space vehicles.
• Perform unit- and system-level hardware and software testing.
• Conduct root-cause analyses and drive corrective actions.
• Specify and maintain assembly tools and fixtures.
• Coordinate with supply chain and test teams to resolve challenges.
