Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required or 10 years of related experience in lieu of degree.
• Graduate degree preferred with relevant experience.
• Experience leading programs in high mix, low volume manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of planning and execution for operations on a program (DFM, production planning, facilities, test, quality, supply chain, manufacturing).
• Direct operational functions to support assembly and integration of opto-mechanical and electrical assemblies.
• Report cost, schedule and delivery status to program managers and IPT leaders.
• Coordinate with IPT leaders to ensure plans are achievable and aligned.
• Estimate and track operational costs; drive Continuous Improvement to reduce waste.
• Incorporate DFMAT, APQP, and Lean manufacturing from design through delivery.
• Support design engineering, analysis, program management and IPT leads.
