L3Harris Technologies has an immediate opening for a Systems Engineer in Wilmington, MA. The ideal candidate will be proficient in all aspects of the systems engineering process, with direct experience designing and testing complex systems, and coordinating teams of technical personnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 9+ years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience in MBSE tools such as MagicDraw, Rhapsody, or Enterprise Architect.
• Experience working in Aerospace/Space design environment.
• Ability to obtain a US Government TS/SCI Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support concept of operation development and requirements analysis, decomposition, and generation at various levels of the system.
• Develop MBSE methodologies and frameworks to support engineering projects.
• Conduct systems modeling and simulation to analyze system performance and validate requirements.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure integration and alignment of MBSE practices.
• Providing leadership and technical guidance in the application of MBSE across the organization.
• Conducting training and mentoring for engineering staff on MBSE tools and best practices.
