Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Manager, Program Management to lead the execution of multiple production programs including solid rocket motors. You will oversee cost, schedule, technical performance, and customer satisfaction across sites, and manage a team of Program Managers with frequent interaction with prime and government customers.

The role requires strong leadership, disciplined program execution, and the ability to drive results across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 12 years of related experience; a graduate degree with 10 years is preferred.
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 16 years of related experience.
• Experience leading production programs and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Owns cost, schedule, resourcing, contractual compliance, and technical performance for multiple production programs.
• Mentor a team of Program Managers supporting Production programs across sites.
• Conduct regular program reviews including cost, schedule, and risk assessments.
• Present progress and results to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop competitive proposals for follow-on production opportunities.
• Build strong customer relationships with Prime and Government partners.
