Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Principal, Supply Chain Management to lead the end-to-end supply chain for space programs in Fort Wayne, IN or Wilmington, MA. The role requires coordinating with engineering, program management, and operations to optimize cost and schedule while advancing technology development.

The position supports a 9/80 schedule with hybrid work options within driving distance of Fort Wayne, Wilmington, or Palm Bay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 12 years of related experience, OR Graduate degree with a minimum of 10 years of related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of related experience.
• Ability to obtain US Government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain program management in partnership with Engineering, Program Management, and Operations to drive execution and optimize supplier base.
• Identify pain points and drive best-in-class supply chain processes and efficiencies.
• Track deliverables, report status, and mitigate long-term supply chain risks.
