Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Salt Lake City is seeking an Operations Program Manager to oversee contract execution across Manufacturing, Procurement, Test, Quality, Engineering, Finance and Program Management, ensuring cost and schedule conformance.

You will lead resource-loaded schedules, perform lead-time and critical path analysis, assess risks and mitigation, and coordinate long-lead material procurement while reporting on financial, schedule, and technical performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in manufacturing, production or schedule-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Interface with all levels of the organization.
• Assist with the development of resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedules, including tie-ins with Engineering efforts and milestones.
• Perform lead-time and critical path analysis on multi-level hardware builds.
• Assess cost and schedule risks, and develop associated mitigations.
• Monitor and report financial, schedule, and technical performance of assigned projects.
• Identify and coordinate resources necessary for quick reaction, development efforts.
