Responsibilities

• Contribute to design for manufacturability (DFM), DFA, and DFT.
• Translate requirements into robust manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with design engineering, QA, supply chain, and production.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation and inspection plans.
• Evaluate new manufacturing technologies and methods.
• Support root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100 and ISO9001 standards.
• Participate in process FMEAs, risk assessments, and validations.
• Apply AI technologies to optimize processes and quality.
