Qualifications

• BS in relevant engineering field from an accredited university.
• 3+ years Level 2 Manufacturing Engineer, 5+ years Level 3 Manufacturing Engineer, 8+ years Sr Manufacturing Engineer.
• 1+ years experience creating English work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design for manufacturability (DFM), design for assembly (DFA), design for test (DFT).
• Translate requirements into robust manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with design engineering, quality, supply chain, and production teams to accelerate space production.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation and inspection plans.
• Evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies and methods.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions to improve reliability.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100/ISO 9001 quality standards.
• Participate in FMEAs, risk assessments, and validation of new lines/equipment.
• Apply AI technologies to optimize processes and reduce cycle times.
