Job summary

QinetiQ US is seeking a Knowledge Manager to join our team supporting US Space Force and DoD missions. You will manage standard databases, SharePoint sites, and Atlassian tooling to meet mission requirements, with a focus on data governance and process improvements.

You will work closely with technical teams, stakeholders, and partners to ensure program success, requiring TS/SCI eligibility and substantial DoD IT experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; TS/SCI eligibility is expected.
• 15 years of DoW IT experience is preferred.
• Experience with SharePoint site creation and data storage management.
• Experience configuring Jira workflows and Atlassian tooling (Confluence/Jira).

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and maintain standard databases to support mission requirements.
• Assist in developing and maintaining SharePoint sites and data migration.
• Provide end user support, permissions updates, and basic troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure program success.
