Job summary

SABG is seeking an experienced Knowledge Manager to support U.S. Space Force organizations in El Segundo, CA. The role focuses on capturing, organizing, and disseminating program information and institutional knowledge for timely leadership decision-making.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in DoD info tech or knowledge management, with strong SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence skills in a fast-paced, classified environment. TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• 15+ years in DoD information technology/knowledge management or related mission support.
• Experience creating, administering, and maintaining SharePoint sites and data storage.
• SharePoint site reorganization, permission management, site creation, deletion, renaming.
• Data migration, data cleanup, and content organization in SharePoint or similar tools.
• SCRUM Master-level competency with Jira and Confluence.
• Administer Jira/Confluence users, project roles, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge management processes and repositories.
• Collect, organize, analyze, and maintain information from multiple government organizations.
• Establish standardized document management and version control processes.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and knowledge products for leadership.
