Job summary

RedSky is seeking an experienced Knowledge Manager / Knowledge Systems Specialist (KSS) to join our team in support of DoD initiatives. This on-site Tampa role focuses on maintaining and improving the knowledge ecosystem across classified and unclassified networks, with SharePoint/M365 governance and training delivery.

You will balance KM practice with technical delivery, support low-code apps, and ensure metadata standards, retention policies, and user adoption, working across HQ and

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• 3+ years Knowledge Management operations in DoD/Federal environment.
• 3+ years SharePoint administration experience.
• Practical experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Ability to implement metadata and basic taxonomy in SharePoint.
• Experience delivering user training.
• CompTIA Security+ certification.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day operation of the Knowledge Management system across sites.
• Maintain and improve the knowledge ecosystem across classified and unclassified networks.
• Support SharePoint and Microsoft 365 collaboration capabilities.
• Implement governance including metadata, taxonomy, and retention.
• Enable the workforce through training, adoption support, and on-site problem resolution.
