Job summary

QinetiQ US is seeking a Knowledge Manager to lead and optimize DoD information systems supporting national security missions. You will work with technical teams to ensure databases, SharePoint sites, Jira, and Confluence workflows meet organizational needs.

The role requires TS/SCI eligibility and 15+ years of DoD IT experience, plus hands-on Jira/Confluence administration and Jira dashboard configuration. Join a mission-focused team in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
TS/SCI eligibility required.
15 years of DoW IT experience (NRO/NSA/NGA experience acceptable).
Experience with SharePoint site creation and data storage management.
SCRUM Master level of competency within Jira and Confluence.
Experience managing Atlassian Jira User Groups and project roles, building and configuring Jira workflows and dashboards.

Responsibilities

Develop, document, modify, transition, and maintain standard databases to support mission requirements; plan transitions of existing software/databases to standard ones.
Assist in developing and maintaining unit SharePoint sites and support re-organization efforts.
Provide support for process engineering design and implementation, permissions, content updates, site management, data migration and end-user assistance.
