Job summary

QinetiQ US seeks a Knowledge Manager to support DoD and USSF programs, leveraging extensive SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence experience. You will work with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure mission success while managing standard databases and data storage across environments.

The role requires TS/SCI eligibility and deep DoW IT background, with responsibility for implementing process improvements and dashboards that guide program decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15 years experience in DoW Information Technology (NRO, NSA, and/or NGA experience acceptable).
• TS/SCI Eligibility.
• Experience with SharePoint site creation and management of data storage.
• SCRUM Master level of competency within Jira and Confluence.
• Experience managing Atlassian Jira User Groups and project roles, building and configuring Jira workflows, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, modify, transition, and maintain standard functional databases to support organizations in meeting mission requirements as needed.
• Assist in developing, managing, and maintaining unit SharePoint sites including supporting re-organization efforts.
• Provide support for: out-of-the-box process engineering design and implementation; permission updates; content updates; site creation, deletion, and renaming; data migration and cleanup; end user assistance; and basic troubleshooting.
