Job summary

QinetiQ US is seeking a Knowledge Manager to join our team supporting US Space Force and DoD missions. You will manage standard databases, SharePoint sites, and Atlassian tooling to meet mission requirements, with a focus on data governance and process improvements.

You will work closely with technical teams, stakeholders, and partners to ensure program success, requiring TS/SCI eligibility and substantial DoD IT experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; TS/SCI eligibility is expected.
• 15 years of DoW IT experience is preferred.

Position Overview Join us in our fast-paced support to develop, advance, and sustain weapon systems for the U.S. Space Force (USSF) and its mission partners. You will be joining a team of personnel with experience and an in-depth understanding of the environments that include ground, near-space, space, and any system that operates in those environments to meet current and projected strategic, operational, and tactical needs for the Department of Defense (DoW). QinetiQ is a mission-led innovation company that works with the USSF and DoW to design, develop, field, and maintain requirements essential to national security and the survivability of the warfighter. We are seeking a Knowledge Manager, which is highly knowledgeable in Higher Headquarters, Air Force, and/or Space Acquisition business operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with standard functional databases to support organizationals in meeting mission requirements. This will include but not limited to SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence. This position requires an individual who can work closely with technical teams, stakeholders, and partners to ensure program success.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, modify, transition, and maintain standard functional databases to support organizations in meeting mission requirements as needed. This can include planning and executing transitions of existing program/functional discipline-unique software and databases into standard and/or updated databases and software.
• Assist in developing, managing, and maintaining unit SharePoint sites including supporting re-organization efforts.
• Provide support for: out-of-the-box process engineering design and implementation; permission updates; content updates; site creation, deletion, and renaming; data migration and cleanup; end user assistance; and basic troubleshooting. Required Qualifications * Bachelors Degree

• Experience with SharePoint site creation and management of data storage.
• SCRUM Master level of competency within Jira and Confluence.
• Experience managing Atlassian Jira User Groups and project roles, building and configuring Jira workflows, and dashboards. Pay Transparency The salary range for this role is $125,000 - $175,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
