Job summary

Anduril Industries in the United States is seeking a Program Assistant to join the Space Special Programs team. You will support the GM by managing calendars, coordinating travel, and preparing documents to free leadership to focus on strategy.

You will work closely with the Head of Operations to enable engineering staff to work efficiently, acting as a trusted partner to the leadership team and helping drive strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an executive administrative role.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Sharp organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Data-driven, people-centric problem solving.
• U.S. Citizen eligible for Top Secret clearance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities rapidly.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Responsibilities
