Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Launch Service Mission Manager to own the interface between spacecraft and launch providers, coordinating deliverables and serving as the primary launch contact for customers.

You will work with mechanical, electrical, systems engineering, and program management teams to ensure launch requirements are met across commercial rideshare and national security space launches, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional launch experience.
• Experience conducting launch integration operations with safety and reliability focus.
• Ability to navigate complex systems and detailed requirements.
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Own the launch integration plans and procedures for spacecraft programs.
• Provide all deliverables to launch providers for integrations.
• Collaborate across teams to plan, build, and test complex functionality.
• Triage issues and coordinate next steps with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with providers, customers, and internal engineering teams to meet requirements.
• Support schedules during ground testing, launches, and on-orbit ops.
• Work with agencies to obtain licenses and ensure regulatory compliance.
