Job summary

Anduril is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for Space Ground Software to own architecture and deployment that supports space operations and mission management. You will develop modular capabilities for DoD/IC customers, integrating with both legacy and new space systems on the Anduril Lattice platform.

You will work across teams to deliver end-to-end mission systems, ensuring reliability and security, and driving continuous improvement in performance and scalability for diverse users.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering background with CS/SE/Math/Physics or equivalent.
• Ability to navigate complex systems and detailed requirements.
• Capable of solving complex technical problems with minimal oversight.
• Clear communication and documentation skills.
• 8+ years with Java, Python, C++, Rust, Go, JS.

Responsibilities

• Own software solutions deployed to customers.
• Develop Space C2 and Mission Management capabilities end-to-end.
• Integrate with legacy systems to enable advanced capabilities.
• Write code to scale mission capabilities for many users.
• Collaborate across teams to plan, build, test complex functionality.
• Create and analyze metrics for debugging and monitoring.
• Triage issues and coordinate next steps with stakeholders.
• Partner with end-users to translate needs into features.
